Memoriam

Angela Allen Babb, age 44, died June 13, 2015, at home ending a courageous seven year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Memorial Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South with Rev. Matt Smith officiating.

Survivors include her husband, Stephen Babb; son, Peyton Allen; stepson, John Ben Herring (Gina); parents, Ed and Diane Allen; sister, Joy Aldridge (Keith); grandmother, Alice Knutson; parents-in-law, Bobby and Peggy Babb; brother-in-law, Rob Babb (Jackie); sister-in-law, Melanie Babb Fritz; nieces and nephews, K.O. Aldridge, Allen Aldridge, Natalie Aldridge, Nicolas Fritz, and Lauren Fritz; two grandsons; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Angela was a 1994 graduate of the University of Alabama with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing. Angela was a traveling nurse when diagnosed with ALS.

Thank you to Jackie Babb, her wonderful caregiver, and to the ALS Support Group. Also, thank you to our family and friends, our heartfelt appreciation for your support and prayers.
