Memoriam

Ruby Margret Thompson, 92, a resident of Cleveland went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 15, 2016 at the family residence. She was of Church of God faith, and was married for 74 years to her husband Glenn Thompson.



She was preceded in death by her parents; Lemuel and Minnie Banks; sisters, Mary Francis, Ruth, Sarah, and brother, Harlen Banks; two great grandchildren, Brett Carroll, Landon Thompson.



She is survived by her spouse, Glenn Thompson, three children, Jimmy (Margret) Thompson, Steve (Elizabeth) Thompson, Ronald “Andy” (Brenda) Thompson; five grandchildren; Pamela Thompson ,Stephanie McCoy, Robert Thompson, Amanda Thompson, Anthony Thompson all of Cleveland; four great-grandchildren; Christopher Fink, Kameron Fink, Tori Thompson,Addison Thompson; one sister, Virginia Long, several nieces and nephews.



Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Justice.


The family will receive friends from 4:00p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
