Helen Ledford, 78, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, September 30, 2015 in a Chattanooga healthcare facility. She was a member of Cleveland Christian Church. She was retired from M&M Mars.

Mrs. Ledford was preceded in death by her husband, Reuben Max Ledford who passed away on February 19, 2015; her parents, Buford Wolford Lawson and Rose Lawson Sears; her granddaughter, Chelsea Chastain.

She is survived by her two children: Karen Chastain-Dowdy and Rick Max Ledford; grandchild, Rikki Ledford Hannah of Cleveland; great-grandchildren: Rylan Ledford, Kadyn Hannah, and Bentley Hannah.

Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Friday, October 2, 2015 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Reverend Jim Caywood officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens with Randy Woody, Bryon Woody, Marty Woody, Bob Taylor, Brandon Gregory, and David Dowdy serving as pallbearers. A white dove release ceremony will conclude the service.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
