COKER | Jerry Wade Crotts, age 72, of Coker, died September 26, 2015, at home. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at Magnolia Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Ron Philpot officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Elsie Crotts; brother, Robert Crotts; and infant son, Timothy Wayne Crotts.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Mae Crotts; daughters, Delisa Parker (Mike) and Dana Snider (Guy); sons, Colonel Derik Crotts (Danna) and Deron Crotts (Tina); grandchildren, Jeremy Parker (Carrie), Justin Parker (Erin), Bentley Snider, Kennedy Snider, Caleb Crotts, Joshua Crotts, Dylan Crotts, Matthew Crotts, Jacob Crotts and Miranda McKee (Tyler); and great-grandchildren, Jase Parker and Jaxson Parker.
Jerry Was a loving husband, father and ""Pa.""
Pallbearers will be his grandsons.
Honorary pallbearers are Bob and Thelma Pigott and DCH Services.
