Memoriam

Wanda Bernice Scoggins Bullard, 82, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015 in a local healthcare facility. She was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. She loved quilting and gardening and loved yellow roses.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

Mrs. Bullard was the daughter of the late Charles Scoggins and Velma Haddock Scoggins and was also preceded in death by her son, Ricky Doyle; her siblings, Charles Scoggins, Jr., Billy Gladson, Virginia Goins and Ernestine Queen.

She is survived by her husband, Ray Bullard of Cleveland; daughter, Donna Hooper of Cleveland; four grandchildren: Paula Weir of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Ashley Elliott of Knoxville, TN, Dusty Elliott of Cleveland, TN, and Eric Elliott of Knoxville, TN; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 19, 2015 in the chapel of Ralph Buckner Funeral Home with Chaplain Coby Goins officiating. There will be a private interment held at Hilcrest Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
