Obituary Notice

Funeral services for Annie “Ann” Worlein Morgan, age 79, of Grenada, formerly of Nuremburg, Germany, are at 11 a.m. Monday, July 27, 2015 at the National Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Grenada.

Visitation is Monday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at National Funeral Home.

Mrs. Morgan died Friday, July 24, 2015 at the Grenada Living Center.

Ann was born on September 4, 1935 in Nuremburg, Germany. She met and married the “love of her life,” Frank Small Morgan while he was stationed in Germany. Ann was a former employee of Pennaco Hosiery Mill and was also employed at and retired from Heatcraft. She was a member of the Elliott Baptist Church.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Carmen B. Morgan of Grenada; a sister, Margaret Meeze of Germany; and by her extended family Kay Duvall and her family, and the “apple of her eye,“ Katie Myers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Frank S. Morgan; and a brother from Germany.
