Funeral services for Mrs. Jeweline “Judy“ Murphree Clark, 91, of Duck Hill, are at 10:30 am Thursday, June 11, 2015 at the National Funeral Home Chapel . Interment will follow at Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Big Creek.

Visitation is Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at National Funeral Home.

Mrs. Clark went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June, 9, 2015.

She was born on December 19, 1923 and was the daughter of the late Edward Walthal Murphree and Sarah Elizabeth Melton Murphree of Coffeeville, MS.

Mrs. Clark was a homemaker. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church. Mrs. Clark was a very dedicated and hard working farm wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend She enjoyed spending time with all of her family, cooking for many through the years, and being a part of her close-knit friends in the Gore Springs Homemakers Club. She also served on the Soil Conservation Board and was the secretary for Graysport Gin for 25 years.

She leaves behind her husband of 67 years, Sidney Lee Clark; her son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Sissy Clark; 3 grandchildren, Wrenn Clark Jolly (Ian) , Lee Clark (Leah) and Will Clark (Brantley); 7 great-grandchildren, Charlie Wilkey, Elora Clark, Heidi Clark, Cross Clark, Eli Clark, Jonah Clark, and Sidney Elizabeth Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 1 son, Richie Clark; 1 sister, Inez Murphree and 1 brother, Edward Murphree.

Bro Phillip Cook and Bro Tim Lane will officiate the services with Lee Clark, Will Clark, Charlie Wilkey, Bill Clark, Wayne Golliday and Jack Blakely as pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to Providence Baptist Church, 85 Misterton Road, Grenada, MS 38901.
