NORTHPORT | Trish O'Kelley, age 56, of Northport, died December 18, 2015, in Newnan, Ga. Services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Pastor Thaxton Richardson officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be from 6-7 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at the funeral home.

She was preceded in death by her father, Lacy Shiflett; mother, Evelyn Shiflett; and brother, Dale Shiflett.

Survivors include wife, Lisa O'Kelley; daughters, Tiffany Wise and Gina Gilliam (Lee); sons, Billy Buckley and Sam Ledbetter; sisters, Linda Noden and Shirley Borgeson; brother, James Shiflett (Sue); eight grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Trish was born in Orange County, Va. and was a nurse for 25 years. She was a loving, caring, sassy wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who never lost her belief in God during her battle.

Honorary pallbearers are Staff 7C and 7N DCH Regional Medical Center, Staff TSICU Nurses DCH Regional Medical Center, Dr. Thompson's Team at Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Newnan, Ga., Amanda Bradford, Kaci Prophitt, Joanie and Gerald Cade and employees of U.S. Blades.
