Memoriam

Funeral services for John David “Johnny“ Ferguson, 63, of Grenada, are at 10 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at the National Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Gore Springs Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Tuesday, December 9, 2014 from 5;00 pm to 7;00pm at National Funeral Home in Grenada, MS.

Johnny died Friday, December 5, 2014 at UMMC of Grenada.

He was born on July 19, 1951 and was the son of the late John Ward Ferguson and Juanita O‘Bryant Ferguson of Grenada County. He was an avid sports fan and loved MS State Football.

Johnny was employed by Luvata as a fin press operator for 44 years. He was a past Master of the Free Masons and a Shriner. He was a member of Duck Hill Baptist Church.

Johnny is survived by his wife, Libby Ferguson of Grenada, two sons: Will Ferguson of Grenada and David Ferguson of Guntown, MS. One brother, Mike Ferguson of Jackson and a granddaughter, Mia Ferguson of Holcomb, MS.

Bro. Larry Edwards will officiate the services with Barry Clark, Clark Faulkner, James Potts, Gregg Gray, Corey Alexander and Keith Spence serving as pallbearers.

National Funeral Home is in charge.
