FOSTERS | Elizabeth Barton Curb, age 81, of Fosters, died March 29, 2015, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at Sylvan United Methodist Church with Rev. William H. Smith and Rev. Jim Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Sylvan Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Curb; parents, Andrew and Allie Mae Barton; granddaughter, Beth Anne Lippart; and grandsons, Michael, Kristopher, and William Foster.
Survivors include daughters, Diane Foster (Ken), Melinda Bailey (Donald), Marie Nagle (Chuck), and Wanza Wilson (Jim); son, Robby Curb (Sandy); 12 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
She was born and raised in the Fosters community. She was a lifelong member of Sylvan United Methodist Church. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed, especially by her furbaby, ""CoCo.""
Pallbearers will be Chase Nagle, Patrick Nagle, Sean Curb, Michael Ehmke, Grant Hatton, and Jim Wilson.
