Obituary Notice

Funeral services for Lloyd Nelson “Bubba” Walters, Jr. 60 , of Grenada, are at

2 p.m. Friday, July 24, 2015 at the National Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Springhill Cemetery.

Visitation is Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at National Funeral Home.

Bubba died Monday, July 20, 2015 at his home.

He was born on November 3, 1954 and was the son of Lloyd Nelson Walters, Sr. and Elizabeth Dubard Walters of Grenada, MS.

Bubba was employed by the City of Grenada as a Mechanic. He was a member of Enon Baptist Church and he loved car racing, gardening and the outdoors. Bubba also served in the National Guard.

Bubba is survived by 1 daughter, Kellie Walters of Bruce; 2 sons, Eric Walters of Holcomb and Trey Walters of Enid; his mother, Elizabeth Walters of Grenada; 1 brother, Mike Walters (Linda) of Holcomb; 3 grandchildren, Hannah Walters, Bryce Walters and Brayden Walters.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lloyd Nelson Walters, Sr. and 1 sister, Michelle Hodges.
