Obituary Notice

Funeral services for Alma Hazel Boyer Collins, 85, of Grenada, are at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the National Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens in Grenada.

Visitation is Monday, July 20, 2015 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at National Funeral Home.

Mrs. Collins died Sunday, July 19, 2015 at her home.

She was born on September 28, 1931 and was the daughter of the late Robert Tully Boyer and Hattie Clifford Boyer of Sunflower, MS.

Mrs. Collins was housewife and a member of Elliott Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 64 years Odave Collins of Grenada; 1 daughter, Darlene Taylor (Britt) of Oakland, TN; 3 sons, Ronnie Collins (Jeanette) of Pope, MS; Joel Collins (Vicki) of Winona, MS; Odie Collins (Teresa) of Coldwater, MS; 2 sisters, Helen Meeks of Jackson, MS; Dot Bowers (Cleon) of San Antonia, TX; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
