Memoriam

Shelva Jean Phillips, 77, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2015 at her residence.

Mrs. Phillips was preceded in death by her parents, Levi H. Brannon and Oma Lee Gilley Brannon; brother, Franklin Brannon and grandson, Dike Jeremy Shell.

Survivors include her husband, Donald Phillips of Cleveland; children, Donna Shell and husband, Willie of Cleveland, and Marty Wayne Phillips and wife, Jeanette of Cleveland; grandchildren, Dustin Shell, Desiree Shell and Levi Phillips; great-grandchildren, Paige Choplin, Kaylee Shell, Skylah Shell; siblings, Johnny Brannon, David Brannon, Carolyn Brown, Elaine Rayburn, Sandra Miller, Darlene Stoddard and special friend and caregiver, Michelle Bandy.

Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
