Graveside services for Walter Gray Bloodworth, 71, of Albany, GA formerly of Grenada are at 2 p.m. Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Pine Hill Presbyterian Church Cemetery near Charleston, MS.

Visitation is Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the National Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Bloodworth died Sunday, July 12, 2015 at Pruitt Palmyra Nursing Home in Albany, GA.

He was born on October 1, 1943 and was the son of the late Mardson Woodrow Bloodworth and Mabel Winnie Adams Bloodworth of Charleston, MS.

Mr. Bloodworth worked in finance as a collector and was a Methodist.

He is survived by 1 daughter, Michelle Ford (Jason) of Albany, GA; 2 sons, Walt Bloodworth of Byhaila, MS and Brian Bloodworth (Stacy) of Smyrna, TN; 1 sister, Laverne Carpenter (James) of Grenada; 5 grandchildren, Stephen Ford, Kyle Ford, J.T. Beal, Morgan Beal, and Brittany Caldwell; 1 nephew, Chris Carpenter of Bay Springs.
